Dans ce cadre, MeetingOne recrute deux Ingénieurs commerciaux chasseurs (Homme ou femme) afin de porter ce développement. Ils auront pour mission de vendre  notre suite de solutions de communication tout en un : audio et webconférence.

Le candidat ou la candidate aura une  expérience réussie dans la vente de services Be-to-Be. Le poste sera  basé à Paris.

Au regard des résultats obtenus au cours de l’année 2009, le candidat pourra se voir confier le développement et l’animation d’une équipe commerciale dédiée au marché français.

Descriptif du poste :

Pour ce faire, le candidat H/F assure l’intégralité du cycle de vente de la prise de Rdv à la signature et au suivi, soit :

  • Développement de « partenariats » avec Orange et Adobe.
  • La présentation du Groupe auprès des différents interlocuteurs ciblés.
  • La prospection intensive téléphonique et en face à face de nouveaux clients sur la base de la segmentation définie avec la Direction Générale.
  • Management par comptes et accompagnement de la croissance de ces comptes.
  • L’ ’identification ainsi que la qualification précise des besoins des prospects pour répondre au mieux à leurs attentes et leur proposer un ensemble de services de téléconférence personnalisés. Signature des contrats.
  • Expérience réussie dans la vente de produits d’audio et de webconférence.
  • La rédaction des propositions commerciales personnalisées et responsabilité de la négociation commerciale.
  • Développement d’une stratégie « gagnant-gagnant »

Profil recherché H/F:

  • De formation supérieure commerciale, vous avez une expérience de plus de 5 ans dans une fonction de développement commercial dans l’univers des services en B to B.
  • Vous disposez d’une bonne aisance rédactionnelle et vous êtes un grand communiquant.
  • Ce fort challenge entrepreneurial (il s’agit de développer le marché français) suppose des candidats matures et autonomes ayant le goût du défi et du dépassement.

Remote Online Webinar Producer – Contractor Position

We’re looking for additional Webinar Producers, fluent in French, English or Dutch, to join our European team!  Webinar Producers assist our customers by managing the online technical aspects of webinars, allowing customers to instead focus on content to be delivered. Our webinar production services assure customers of a smoothly run and professionally produced online webinar based on their needs.

Please note that this is a contract position and there are no pre-arranged hours. Contractors are engaged for events based on scheduling needs, on an as-needed basis pursuant to negotiated contract. Events production needs fall mostly within business hours of Central European Time. This is an ideal position for someone looking for control of and flexibility in their daily schedule.

Webinar production services require attention to detail, patience, consistency, follow-up and top-notch customer service. Webinar producers work within pre-defined customer event requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-conference sessions which start typically 30 minutes prior to webinar start time to ensure all parties involved in running the webinar are available. Pre-conference tasks include conducting audio checks, confirming room set up and that any content needed has been uploaded and is working.
  • Speaker and attendee management
  • Read any introduction scripts, including any housekeeping items, as well as closing comments, as needed.
  • Help facilitate Q & A, which includes providing instructions to participants on submitting questions.
  • Responsible for all aspects of online webinar/audio management. Can include starting recording, managing audio, assisting with any interactivity, answering technical questions, and handling any technical issues that might arise for attendees or speakers during live webinar.
  • Close down the online webinar and conduct a post-conference debrief.
  • Provide a finished, edited recording of the online webinar in requested format.
  • Keep webinar summaries up to date and inform team regarding any changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audio and web event facilitations for customers. Facilitations require attention to details, patience, consistency, follow-up and top-notch customer service. Facilitations may include activities like online introductions, attendee and speaker management, recordings, editing of recordings, pre-event orientations, post-event reporting, and interaction with customers before the event to understand customer’s specific needs. 
  • Provide phone, email and chat support on MeetingOne’s products and services, including Adobe Connect, our audio conference bridge, and other proprietary applications to both external and internal customers.
  • Provide “how to” training and overviews to customers on audio and web conferencing and for contracted services.
  • Focus on, build, maintain, and deepen customer relationships by providing exceptional customer support. 
  • Participate in creating, updating and translating customer “how to” documentation on products or services. 
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to continually improve customer satisfaction and customer support processes. Track issues using Salesforce with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Ensure the customer is updated and cases closed in a timely manner.
  • Improve product design by listening to customer feedback, identifying and clearly defining problems and recommending changes.
  • Participate in product testing and training prior to a software release

Requirements:

  • Good professional written and verbal communications skills in French, English and Dutch are mandatory

Product Manager

Product Manager

The Product manager is responsible for supporting the go to market vision and strategy for MeetingOne’s audio web conferencing/events technology and value added conferencing services.

This includes getting/pushing new ideas, conducting comprehensive market research; developing market growth strategies; conducting service, product, and package launch and planning; controlling & sharing responsibility of roadmaps; determining services, products or packages pricing, and positioning; and supporting the creation of sales team enablement include sales tool creation and communication.

The Product manager serves as Chief internal and external Evangelizer for the products and their impact on customers. This position is strategic and tactical, and requires close interaction internally – with marketing communication, sales management, technology  and operations, customer service and others –and externally, with customers, partners, analysts and industry influencers. And prepares and drives the biweekly Product Marketing Committee of the Company.

Practically, this person will be responsible for (but not limited):

  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
  • Expertise in product strategy tools such as: portfolio management, life cycle planning, technology road mapping and competitor analysis, platforming, and commercialization
  • Expertise in integrated product development levers such as design to cost, supplier integration and management, target setting, and process flow optimization
  • Develops cross functional project plans and playbooks to support all cross functional areas impacted by new program deployments, including engineering, product development, care, tech ops, supply chain, etc.
  • Works with vendors to coordinate product deployment activities.
  • Develops and maintains launch schedules, drives cross-functional project plans and ensures market readiness.  Identifies and drives resolution of problems.
  • Collaboration with product engineers: We want someone that prefers working in a fast-paced, Agile environment, and is focused on delivering the right experience for the end user on the agreed upon delivery date.
  • Product Road Map and Planning: Based on calendar popularity and user needs, create a road map that outlines how, and with which 3rd-party calendars we integrate.
  • Product Performance: Once launched, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and performance of all products.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and determines detailed market requirements, industry per industry, with a particular focus on eLearning and eTraining industry, for all services, products, and packages including external and internal documentation.
  • Determine services, products or packages growth strategies and drives growth and new ideas to reach revenue and margin targets; adjusts practical strategies accordingly in response to market changes.
  • Fine tunes pricing/packaging for services, products or packages and modifies accordingly based upon market requirements and the requirements of the business.
  • Interface proactively with customers, partners and prospects to gather needs and market information; proposes findings and recommendations.
  • Work with sales training and sales management teams on value propositions and objection handling for services, products or packages; helps develop new strategies for improvement across sales group.
  • In liaison with marketing communication, create and deliver focused competitive analysis, customer win stories, case studies, and profiles for sales/marketing consumption and use; guide and build the business case for services, products or packages changes in anticipation of opportunities or threats.

Position Requirements:

  • 3 or 4+ years product/technical & development experience. Conferencing, eLearning/ eTraining appreciated.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and influence/conduct/ practically control priorities.
  • Experience innovating, creating and executing detailed go to market plans that drive sales, revenue and margins, product per product.
